Goals

The goal of Korean Cultural Center (KCC) is to raise awareness and appreciation of Korean culture and functions as a place to foster multiculturalism and inter-cultural exchanges in the United States . The center actively seeks to strengthen Korean identity of Koreans and ethnic Koreans in globe. KCC collaborates with various organizations to provide array of services to the Korean community .

Mission Statement 

KCC at UIUC promotes and raises awareness of Korean culture within the Urbana Champaign community. By so doing, the Center simultaneously functions as a central place to increase diversity in the United States and strengthen Korean identity among Korean diasporic communities.
The Center works with various groups and institutions to identify culturally and linguistically competent services and resources for the Korean community. The Center focuses on the accessibility of resources and services identified for those in need.
