After being out in the cold, come home to a delicious dinner!  Learn to make simple, healthy foods in the slow cooker.  Mark your calendars for February 8, 2017 to join University of Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator Susan Glassman for our class “Comfort Foods in the Slow Cooker" at Ohio Public Library.  Take in the basics of slow cooker cooking and take home a slow-cooker recipe book.  Top it off with our chocolate pudding cake, made in the slow cooker.  After this class, you will be able to make delicious, healthy comfort foods to sustain you through the cold winter months.
