Information

For more than 100 years, University of Illinois Extension has helped Central Illinois residents make healthy choices by offering programs and classes about health and wellness. Residents and those employed in DeWitt, Macon and Piatt Counties are invited to join Macon County Extension, Warner Hospital & Health Services, County Market and Kirby Medical Center for a Help Extension Help YOU forum to share ideas about what kinds of programs you will need to continue making healthy choices.

We are open to any and all suggestions for potential Extension classes and programs. No topic is too big, too small or off limits. This is your chance to let us know how we can help improve the health of you and our communities now and in the future. These forums are open to the public and will take place at the following locations and times:

DeWitt County: Warner Hospital & Health Services, Clinton, administrative conference room February 2, 12-12:45pm

Macon County: County Market, upstairs conference room, 1175 W. Grand Ave., Decatur, February 3, 12-12:45pm

Piatt County: Kirby Medical Center, classrooms A & B, Monticello
February 10, 12-12:45pm

To sign up and let us know you will be attending, register one day in advance of the session you would like to attend online at go.illinois.edu/dmp or call 217.877.6042. There is no cost to participate. Feel free to bring your lunch or purchase lunch at the cafeteria or food bar. Questions about the program can be directed to Caitlin Huth at chuth2@illinois.edu.

Those who cannot attend but would like to share their ideas can contact Nutrition & Wellness Educator Caitlin Huth by email at chuth2@illinois.edu or call 217.877.6042.

University of Illinois Extension provides equal opportunities in programs and employment. If you need reasonable accommodation to participate in this program, please call 217.877.6042.
