What is Math Teacher Link?

Math Teacher Link is a web-based professional development program for mathematics teachers at the 9-14 grade levels. It provides short courses on the use of technology in teaching mathematics in the areas of Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, and Statistics

Are these courses for credit?

All of the courses can be taken for graduate credit from the University of Illinois.  Illinois teachers also have the option of taking the courses for Continuing Education Units that can be used for teacher recertification in Illinois.  Several of the courses can be applied to an online Master's Degree in Educational Technology, see the CTER website.

CTER students must complete their course within the semester they are enrolled. Students enrolling outside of CTER for graduate credit or CEU's have up to 16 weeks from the date that they enroll to complete their courses. Courses may be completed in less than 16 weeks if the student desires.
